To protect your requests via Internet form, we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc (Google). The query serves to distinguish whether the input is made by a human being or improperly by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other data from Google. The deviating data protection regulations of the Google company apply to this data. Wenn Sie diese Applikation benutzen, werden verschiedene personenbezogene Daten erhoben. Personenbezogene Daten sind Daten, mit denen Sie persönlich identifiziert werden können. Fahrtenvermittlung

Die QraGo-App ermöglicht es Ihnen Krankentransportfahrten mit Transportunternehmen (“Transportunternehmen”) über die Anwendung zu bekommen. Für die Nutzung unserer App zur Fahrtenvermittlung müssen Sie personenbezogene Daten angeben, die wir zur Erbringung der jeweiligen Leistung verarbeiten. Wenn zusätzliche freiwillige Angaben möglich sind, sind diese entsprechend gekennzeichnet (optional). Im Zusammenhang mit der Vermittlungsleistung werden nach Artikel 6 (1) b) DS-GVO zur Erfüllung des Vertrages die folgenden personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet:

• Vor- und Nachname (Fahrgast/ Patient und bestellende Person)
• E-Mail-Adresse (Bestellende Person)
• Mobilfunknummer (Stammdaten)
• Geburtsdatum (Fahrgast/ Patient)

Daneben werden verarbeitet:

• GPS-Standortdaten zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung
• Start- und Zielkoordinaten
• Informationen zu Ihrem Endgerät (Device ID)
• Fahrgastinformation / Patienteninformation (zur notwendigen med. Versorgung: Infektion, Mobilität, Sehkraft)
• Klinikname
• Arbeitsadresse

Die personenbezogenen Daten werden von Ihnen im Zeitpunkt der Registrierung eingetragen (z.B. ihr Name) oder wir bekommen sie direkt von Ihrem Endgerät übersandt (z.B.: GPS-Standortdaten). Der Übersendung Ihrer GPS-Standortdaten stimmen Sie über Ihr jeweiliges Betriebssystem Ihres Endgerätes (Smartphone, Tablet, etc.) zu.

Wir benötigen die Adressinformationen ihres Standorts, damit das von Ihnen bestellte Transportunternehmen Sie erreichen kann.

Wir geben Ihre Adressinformationen der Fahrt sowie Ihren Namen, den Kliniknamen an den Fahrer (und Disponent des Unternehmens) weiter, welcher die von Ihnen gebuchte Fahrt angenommen hat. Der Fahrer kann Sie nach Annahme Ihrer Buchung und während der Fahrt über die Mobilfunknummer anrufen. Dabei wird die von Ihnen bei der Registrierung angegebene Mobilfunknummer angezeigt. Dadurch können sie über eventuelle Verspätungen (z.B. Stau) durch den Fahrer informiert werden. Der Fahrer bzw. Taxiunternehmer bekommt nach Annahme Ihrer Bestellung Ihren Namen, Kliniknamen, Patientennamen. Insbesondere deswegen, damit er bei Abholung feststellen kann, dass er die richtige Person abholt. Dieses stellt er fest, indem er Sie beim Einsteigen zu Beginn der Fahrt nach Ihrem Namen fragt.

Nach Beendigung der Fahrt wird der Patientenname gelöscht. Die Fallnummer kann der Disponent weiterhin einsehen, um Sie zur Berechnung mit der Krankenkasse bzw. der Klinik zu verwenden. Ohne die Verarbeitung der oben angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten, können wir Ihnen keine Vermittlung durchführen. Dieses gilt nicht für optionale Angaben.

Die QraGo-App ermöglicht es Ihnen die Fahrzeuge zu überwachen. Für die Nutzung unserer App zur Fahrzeug Monitoring müssen Sie personenbezogene Daten angeben, die wir zur Erbringung der jeweiligen Leistung verarbeiten.

TLS-Verschlüsselung. Wenn die SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung aktiviert ist, können die Daten, die Sie an uns übermitteln, nicht von Dritten mitgelesen werden.
